FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I order items for the booth?
Once your company is a confirmed exhibitor, you will be emailed an Exhibitor Service Order Kit containing all information you might need to order any amenity for your booth space including furniture, utilities or floral.

How do I reserve a meeting room?
Exhibitor meeting rooms will be available at the Baltimore Convention Center for rent during the conference. If you are interested in booking a room to be used for client presentations, please contact Susan at sogezi@unatek.com

How can I get more information about exhibiting?

Where does my exhibitor badge grant me access?
Your Exhibitor Staff Badge (part of your booth package) gains you access to the Exhibit Floor. Access to the Exhibit Floor begins two hours prior to the scheduled exhibit floor opening to allow you time to prepare for the day's event. The badge also allows you access for one hour post exhibit floor closing for post day meetings.

What advertising and sponsorship options are available at the event?
As the event approaches, we will post a Promotional Opportunities Kit online listing the available marketing and sponsorship opportunities. For now, please contact Susan at sogezi@unatek.com for additional information.
